Is there any kind of an ETA for how long a reply might take? since i have not heard back from them yet and it has been a full day.
have a same issue with steam sub purchase. My svtor acc name is "Cugap" and it is linked to my steam acc. Transaction no is 2342387088325340664. email with info sended to support have no answer. also it looks not funne to see that swtor knows about my sub and decrease it time but it does not work. In attachments added screanshot where my subscription screand of swtor account with msg that sub have 25 more days. but in game i have just preferred status
It's really fascinating... I had the same issue, but your comments forced me to dig into my accoint info. Found out, the account I'm constantly using was created in 2017. And I preorded SWTOR, so I realised, that I, quite possibly, bamboozled miself. Some digging in brains and cussing later, I found account that I bought SWTOR with. Send Email with screenshots of everything needed. Now lets wait and see, if that would resolve problem.

Hey i just did what u said i sent them 5 images and even explained eveything to them how long do i have to wait for them to give me a solid answer and for them to help fix my situation
@proxos666I did this, and I checked my email box when I woke up to find an emailer I didnt recognize: "[mailer-daemon]" telling me about a "Failure Notice" so I clicked it and its saying my email to that [edit: email address removed] didn't go through? It said this at the top of the email:
Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address.

Failed to retrieve XOAUTH2
EDIT: I changed the emails to not include the @website.
I will check if they see an email from you in the queue
I followed these steps and heard back from Swtor, who then pointed me towards EA Support, which pointed me back towards the forums here for a solution...
swtor username ? the only reason swtor support would likely point you to EA support is an EA account issue ? can check
My swtor username is TapoutMMA (I think). They pointed me towards EA support saying my account is locked, which it looks like is a problem other people are having too. The problem is, following the guide on their site leads me here:

The recommended support option is "Get help from the community, find gameplay tips, and level up by answering player questions 24/7." The "Submit a ticket in-game" option is for subscribers only (ironic).

You have another EA / origin account linked to your swtor account and that has the persona lcicli and it uses a live.de email address , you need to login on that EA / Origin account and reset the password to restore purchasing on your swtor account
a day or 2 now , what is the swtor username ?
maybe you should call and they can email you then you can replay to that email
They cant see any email/ticket for that account i'm afraid
i will check on this tomorrow if it arrived its 11pm here for me and it may take an hour for it to turn up in their system
Seems I should have checked here before using steam, another with the same issue. I have sent an email to support, I am sure they are super busy, So annoying though. I will not do that again. Order through the website people.
