Re: Time Settings & DST bug

Hi @ogintimmydation

There is no adjustment in-game for DST. From checking your account, we can see that you have only changed the timezone once from UTC-3 to UTC+4.

If you have no time changes remaining, you will either have to wait for it to refresh, or you could get in touch with our Customer Support and see if they can help you with changing your time since you do not have any changes remaining.

Then there is a bug in the system because I changed the time by 8 hours (not 7), so the issue seems to be that my timezone (CET) went from UTC+1 to UTC+2 on Sunday Mar 28, but for some reason when I made the change when it became Monday Mar 29, the change only shows as 7 hours difference now.

Here is how my local time daily rest was (unfortunately didn't have screenshots)

    - Saturday Mar 27: Daily reset 4:00am local time (CET)

    - Sunday Mar 28: Daily reset 5:00am local time (CET, following the daylight savings change in the morning) - No change was made this was purely due to my local time relative to UTC

    - Monday Mar 29: in the early morning (just after midnight) I changed my Daily reset time settings by selecting 9:00 pm (21:00) local time in the swgoh app. This means it should have moved my reset by 8 hours compared to what the app was showing at the time.

-Monday Mar 29: When I woke up, I find that it has been moved to 10:00 pm instead of what I had selected

So some type of error happened in the app when I changed it as again, I changed it by 8 hours on my local time (5am back to 9pm) but the app didn't take into account my local timezone was now UTC+2 and no longer UTC+1 because of DST.
