@DarthFDG you cant report gold chat name because they arent on the scoreboard so that makes it a little hard to do. EA needs to do work work here since this cheat is killing the game off.

@DarthFDG sorry forgot to add this there is no name with the gold chat. the hack is a phase skip hack. so EA needs to to do some work here this hack will not go away on its own it needs to be patch and fix and admin chat should be changed to something else and all new admin accounts should be made. so if the hacker are use admin account they get ban right away.

The thing is, THE GAME IS NO LONGER MONITORED. I've just gotten multiple automated replies to my email saying "We have reviewed your report and didn't take any action at this time."  WHEN THE PLAYERS I REPORTED ARE LITERALLY HACKING SPAMMING N WORD AND F WORD IN CHAT. The game is ABANDONED.

For future reference, I suggest you politely ask for someone to do something for you rather than demand or assume it will be done, particularly if that person is not an EA employee (like me).

@DarthFDG this blixs has been going on for 4 months now. are you guys still selling the game? yes! this is like that 1 hp cheat all over again. it took EA 6 months to say it was not a bug and then another 3 months to patch the game. as i said the when the blix cheat is active the gold chat come up say blixs owns EA and what ever else and objectives get destroyed with 1 shot and then on to the next phase and so on. so it make it hard for a defending team to stop it at the last objectives they almost 365-400 tickets to burn. then it makes it hard to win then. have you seen the  blxs thread people are  not happy. so this is a cheat that needs to be fix. it seem EA is turning a blind eye to this. when you tell us to report a person that is cheating you cant because there is no name with the gold chat. so are we to report the whole lobby then? i dont see how that would get it fixed. it might get me ban then not the cheater or the blixs cheat fixed at all. yes i say something needs to be done.

IA do nothing, they are cheater reported like 15 time and always play few week after and mess up lobby

how its even possible to EA to not fix the game for prevent hacker to access command admin? 

Months after this post I can confidently say you're incorrect. There are known hackers in the community. Like they are in the game and people already know they hack before it starts. EA doesnt do *.
