Hero Locking in HvV

And heroes versus villains there is a bug that will not allow you to pick the same hero in your forced to change into a different hero. It is mildly annoying and it's extremely ineffective to team play because you are forced to not play as the character that you are good at and you are forced into a new character that you may not have as much skill and or that is not affecting your team positively. 

If there is a way to fix this because we all know you guys still have access to the game files and all that can you guys please fix this.
