See if the sims using the chair has its needs fulfilled, sometimes they're too depressed and won't do what we tell them to do.

Are you using the correct inflatable chair? I got that goal and my sims completed it, I don't remember exactly what chair I used, I had 2 at the time, the black tire and the grey chair, If you tried the chair, then try using the tire.
- OK thank you for telling me about the floating tire!! But why state the goal as an "inflatable chair". Anyway, the other goal is...the first Sim to complete a day session of skating will get hockey wardrobe. I've had 4 Sims skate for a full day, all at once and then one at a time. And goal will not complete!!!!!
Again, are you choosing the right interaction? There are two available on the skating ring, one for ice skating and one for hokey. If you click on the ice you'll get the ice skating interactions, if you click on the net on the goal (not sure what it's called I'm not English native) then you'll get the hockey interactions.
