Winter Tops reward Simtown Market
My prize was never rewarded and nobody seems to know why - what should I do? I’ve reinstalled, contacted support, etc.

Did you check for whom the clothes were for? Do you have that age group?
If it was for infants, toddlers, pre-teens. teens or seniors and you do not have them yest, the clothes will be waiting for them in their wardrobes when you unlock them
If you have unlocked the right age group and did not get them, it is a question for support, not something a player to player forum can help you with.
