Code delays are not related to the game. They are sent and monitored from EA side. Please try to request a code later or contact EA Help to report a delay.

- @EA_Gunner It's not delayed, it's just never coming - I've submitted codes a dozen times over the past 2 weeks and never received one. I'll check EA Help
EA Help is sending me to SWGoH help and SWGoH Help is sending me to EA Help. Great. Will someone please help me resolve this as it seems like an account issue.
Not sure if it helps or it's even the same issue, but I'm using a Gmail account for ea connect and since lately the codes are automatically transferred to "promotion Mails" so I can't see them as notification or in the inbox or spamm, i have to click on promotion Mails. Hope this is the same issue for you.
had the same issue - what fixed it for me was to log into the EA website, reset password, and then accept the new terms and conditions - then once that was done, the code started coming for me again once i tried after that
