Re: Items in downloads dashboard won't download
@diimee1 Please rename the Sims 3 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts, open the launcher to spawn a new folder, and try downloading the affected items, one at a time. If you don't see the same error, you can close the launcher and move the downloaded items from Downloads inside the new Sims 3 folder to Downloads inside the old Sims 3 folder you renamed. Then you can delete the new folder, change the old one's name back to "The Sims 3," and pick up where you left off.
If you see the same error in the new folder, please list the names of all the items that give you this error so I can test in my own game. For any item that's part of a set, please also try to download the set if you own it and let me know whether it works.
