Hello @lllaccceyyy , I'm sorry you had to experience what sounds like a very disturbing advertisement. If you don't hear back from an EA rep, or you want to go straight to a government agency, I'd suggest reporting it to the FCC. I've copy/pasted the info to file a complaint with the FCC here:

Filing a complaint
If you feel an ad violates FCC rules, you can file a complaint with us. You have multiple options for filing.

    @thecakeisaLIE82 I don’t live in the US and the app they are advertising isn’t available in the US, so I don’t think this option is applicable. Was looking for a way to contact EA directly, and it lead me here as my only option. It was repeating for a solid hour, luckily a VPN helped me avoid the advert.

    I live in Japan. The game developer is MASK APP LLC and the game is titled in the Apple App Store as:
    3分間ミステリー-ひまつぶし 推理ゲーム, 3分で楽しめる人気なぞときアプリ

    @lllaccceyyy You can report or flag the game app directly on the app store.
    I don't see an option for sending EA Help an email about this issue so, if you want, you can send me a DM here with the screenshots. Not sure you can send me video, but I will certainly pass on this information to the team.

    The reason behind asking you to send me a message privately is that posting those screenshots in the forum is not a good idea.
