I had the issue happen to me a couple days ago. Was interacting with spouse and had the option to invite to stay the night. I can't remember details about it, just that I thought it was odd at the time that it would be an option since they were already married.
Of course the fact that 'Revoke Apartment Key' was still there despite them not living in an apartment anymore made me think that my couple had no clue what was going on in their lives so maybe it was normal...
- I've seen it with roommate sims in my new save. I've not been back to my legacy save to check on my old married couple yet.

Would you be willing to send us the save game containing the household that you were playing when encountering this issue? Does the interaction stay for long?
Also, screenshots or video would be awesome!. This issue is avoiding us!

I realize now that the pic I uploaded still has the MC Command Center mod, but the save file has mods deactivated and the bug was still happening with mods turned off.
