Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure how to recreate this.
What happens when the bug occurs? The hover panel for my Sim's Soul's Journey is different from the expanded panel you see when you click on the Aspirations hex.
What do you expect to see? The same Soul's Journey on both panels.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

The hover panel for my Sim's Soul's Journey is different from the expanded panel you see when you click on the Aspirations hexagon. I completed an item on the hover panel, it was considered a completed goal, and a new goal automatically appeared on the hover panel ("I should finally get married!" - my Sim did not write this goal). When I first noticed the issue, I saw that there were 5 goals in the hover panel, but that reduced to 4 again after a bit, however, the one that dropped off was the one that was actually in line with his full panel; this exact thing happened again when I restarted the game in an effort to troubleshoot as I was writing this post.
