[FIXED] [CD] After Adoption, pet carriers don't go away

How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get to Work, Get Together, City Living, Pets, Vampires, and Parenthood
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I’m not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? After I adopt a pet the adoption agent refuses to leave and pet crates keep popping up all over the outside of my lot and they will not go away
What do you expect to see? Not having crates all over my yard
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I just cleared out all of my broken custom content so I know that is not the case
