[FIXED] [S] Sims Cannot WooHoo in out-of-bounds Leaf Piles

Tested this in my game and it works fine as long as the piles are on your lot (or possibly on a community lot). If they are in the world (out-of-bounds) somewhere, it doesn't.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have your sims try to woohoo in leaf pile.
What happens when the bug occurs? Woohoo interaction questions drops out.
What do you expect to see? Sims be able to woohoo in leaf pile.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Sims cant woohoo in leaf pile. Interaction questions just drops continually. Also leaf pile cant be doled via buymode.

Bug occurs 100% I checked the wrong circle.

Does it happen to all of them for you or just the out-of-bound ones ?

There is another issue with leaves as well. Sims can't woohoo in them and everytime I try the interaction cancels out and sims go in different directions and continuely rake leaves. The autonomous raking leaves keeps popping up.
