This issue started with my game today aswell, just after I installed Seasons and Jungle Adventures.
My sim keeps thinking of an aeroplane over all other bubbles.
No mods, no CC.
It's kind of amazing how annoying it is when you start thinking about it!
I had these overlapping bubbles happen yesterday in my save I started for my first seasons household. Every sim kept having shower thought bubbles although all had no low hygiene in needs panel and nothing was dirty around them. Got a bit annoying after a playing a while. :/
Also been having this issue I think since Seasons, though it took me a while to realize this was a bug. It picks something at random (it's been a specific sim's face, a dragon, an explosion, an object, etc etc), and then once one sim starts having that excessive thought bubble, which then overlaps their speech bubbles, all sims on a lot (including children and toddlers) will have it as well. Exactly as pictured in previous posts. A thought bubble with random thing/sim on top of speech bubble.
