Re: How to move game from Android to iPad?

@1005099007897 Hey! I used to play only on Android and moved recently my game to an iPad.

Is your game connected to your EA account? I used my EA account to sync the game. Notice I used a different account from the account I had connected to Google.

Here are the steps I followed:
1. Connect the game on Android to your EA account.
2. Open the game on your iPad.
3. Do the tutorial.
4. As soon as the Settings pannel is available, connect your game to your EA account on your iPad.
5. A prompt will pop up asking you if you would like to start a new game or download your old game save.
6. Choose the old game save and wait for your game to load.

I am no longer playing on Android. Please notice that, if you use two devices, it is recommended that both are Android or both iOS. Having the same game save on devices with a different OS can cause a definite loss of game progress.

    Hello, thanks for the reply. I don't know how to do step 1. When i go to settings, I don't see a place to connect to any cloud. But in the Android phone settings, it says my gmail account is linked to my game. This is why I was thinking it saved to Google somehow. Not sure how to link it to EA.

    @1005099007897 Not on your device settings but on the game settings. We connect our game saves to EA through the Settings on the game app.

    1. Tap the arrow pull-out tab on the right side of the game screen.
    2. Tap the Settings cog tab.
    3. Tap the Connect button for EA.

    Before you start, please take note of your player-ID in case something goes wrong. Here's how to find it.

    Sorry for the late reply. Yes I was talking about the Game settings, not the device settings. When I go there, I don't have sign-in options like in your screenshot.

    @1005099007897 What age did you use when installing the game?
    Did you choose an age under 13 when you started the game? I'm asking you because there are age restrictions for mobile games.

    For example, in The Sims Mobile, party chat and connecting the game to social media, etc. is not allowed.
