What device are you playing on, and what happens when you try to make a purchase- do you see an error message?

Same thing happens to me im playing on IOS it just says transaction in progress restart game but when i do it wont let me purchase anything from the gameEA_Solaire

Try these steps, as well restoring the purchase. To restore your purchase, you can click on the Restore Purchases button in the Settings menu.
Let me know if you still have issues then.

I tried doing a purchase but it keeps saying " no money was removed on your account " is it a bug? I checked if i am banned but my account is not. Even the sim festival i cannot purchase.EA_Solaire

EA_Solaire any update???? Is this a bug in the game as all other games in app purchases work. The case I raised on the 6th April is still ongoing and no response

Thanks for these details, I'd recommend reaching out to live support so they can review your billing information a bit further with you- here on the forums we aren't able to access your account details to investigate into this.

EA_Solaire I’ve raised 3 different cases on live chat and I’m not getting anywhere. There is no issue with my billing information as other apps are working for in app purchases.
