How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? City living, get famous, vampires, realm of magic, eco lifestyle, snowy escape, discover university, island living, get to work, and get together
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It’s a common bug that I’ve seen online
What happens when the bug occurs? Every photo in every household has turned black and theirs no way to get them normal again
What do you expect to see? I want to see normal photos from a dozen generations of sims
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
