Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a married couple in CAS. Add them to live mode.
What happens when the bug occurs? Both sims will have the milestone first woohoo unlocked without having woohooed yet or indicating with whom. The second also happens if your first woohoo was with a person outside your household. When switching the household that second sim's milestone will also not indicate with whom they woohooed.
What do you expect to see? Either the milestone not being unlocked yet, since marriage is not equal to woohoo, or the milestone indicating that their partner in marriage is with whom they had their first woohoo.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
