[FIXED] [RoM] Magical clones can become permanent

@rostsit Maybe similar to the skeleton permanent issue.

Could you check the Sims hidden traits with SimsInfo or upload your save ?

Could you also please enter your exact game version instead of latest ?

Yeas, this is clone's info.

Why "Infected" trait is suspicious? The original sim-spellcaster was infected while casting a cloning spells, so all her clones were also infected. But only one became permanent so far. Besides, some people on sims forums have also reported their clones became permanent - but no further details have been given.

@Psychotps I think cloning machine does copy skills... Haven't tried it with spells, though.

Does it happen to you more than once?

@rostsitIt doesn't copy skills. I've done it many many times. I wrote a Scientist career mod to get Gardening working again on the Science lab lot and have played through it many times to test. It copies aspirations and traits, but not skills.

I've actually only played through it once so far. Just updated a number of lots in Glimmerbrook and am doing another playthrough.

I like them being permanent. It makes the spell a lot more ominous to cast that it has such far-reaching consequences.

Same thing happened to me just now and I only noticed it when my Sim got an invite for a duel from his clone. 

I did have my Sim travel home while the clone was still active, so that might be what triggered it. 

are they suppose to time out and go away ? if yes?  then how did my dup have a job and working as busk soliciting for tips ?
