Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.52.100.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? everything EXCEPT Vampires, Bowling stuff, Fitness Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? CAS mermaid into water and scales stay
What happens when the bug occurs? he scales of CAS mermaid sim stay and resetting sim, game, or computer will not fix. forcing change of outfit will 90% of the time fix it
What do you expect to see? the mermaid sim change to human form on land
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. island living expansion

    @Naa45702 Does it only happen on this Sim or did you see it with others ?

    Would you upload her to the gallery for some testing ?

    should be up. she was my first mermaid maid in CAS. I'll try another and see if it happens

    @Naa45702 Checked your Sims and it seems that outfit was saved with the scales.

    There seems to be something off with the link form function in CAS. You can make them wear scales in the human form if you link them. I'll test this on fresh Sim as well to see if it also happens.

    EDIT: Yes it does.

    Could you maybe adjust your report to reflect this ?

    I'm a little confused.  It defaults to linked. Does unlinked make it work better?

    it was a weird linking issue. I unlinked and I was able to fix it.

    I have the same problem but unlinking them won’t work for me. I transformed my sim two times back to a mermaid and now somehow the scales from the first form are attached to her skin, I can’t get it off. So this means that I can’t even change the scales in mermaid form because then you’ll see two scale ‘outfits’ mixed up on her body. Any idea how I can solve this?
