If we follow the logic of the previous years, your account history is taken into account if either you gain access or not as per our transfer market access article.

How long it takes to unlock the Transfer Market is based on a few different factors.

• Your account history and if it’s in good standing by following the EAS FC rules.
• How many different Ultimate Team™ accounts you’re using on the same device.
• How many active days of Ultimate Team™ you’ve played.

The web app is releasing on the 19th of September, as well as the companion app on the 20th of September.

Hopefully, you will get access day 1 but I cannot guarantee it.
