I have completed 1 weekly play objective and supposed to get WW/WW Hero Guarantee pack but I didn't receive it, please help.id: inseed35platform: PS4

Hi folks, It sounds like the post @EA_Hux shared earlier today; ❌ Missing packs during the TOTY promotion ? Check out this post💡 In short, the packs aren't missing; there's just an in-game display limit in effect. You can see them by opening some packs on the console/PC or going on the companion app like @RuwanS and @DangerRalph2545 did, and they will all appear there. 🙂 Give that a go and see if you can spot your rewards using one of those options. - EA_Lanna

I found it; it was in Packs on the Companion App.

I just found the pack in the companion app. I did not check ps5 today yet, but it does not matter, i have the pack.

This just happened to me today. Never been compensated for any of the errors that my game has given me as well. Beyond annoyed at this point

They need to do something. I've been playing yesterday evening Rush with my friends and got nothing, and I did scored at almost every game I've played... My situation says: 10/10 on both and doesn't reset so I can play from beginning.

Same thing is happening to me, I don’t understand why I grind if I can’t even receive my rewards. I honestly don’t even think I’ll receive them at all considering there’s no solutions on this thread. I did not have this issue last week.

I should be at 2/2 completions. This is so frustrating.

@jdog82584 To expand on this, it’s not giving me the option to even claim the rewards. It says everything is finished but it’s stuck at 1/2

The fact that we get ignored…not surprising coming from this company. Crazy how people benefit from glitches, and here we’re just asking for rewards we played for.
