How did you bought a game? Directly in Origin? If you bought it from some third-party retailer, maybe you can ask them about missing your game. i bought it from g2a and i activate my CD-KEY and played i dont know how they can help me
EA Staff (Retired)Well, I guess, if they gave you code for the game, which is not working, you should bring this to them. Have you contacted EA Advisors already?
i tryed but they dont answer i tryed the live chat but its says to wait 5-10 min and right now i am wait for an answer for almosr 3 weeks and the code worked i played for 12 hours and after the first dlc update the game was gone from my profile
Do you have proof that you played the game on your account? Because there is only 1 way to lose a game on your account and that is if EA Takes it away, But they almost always ban your account for using a stolen key(as that is the only reason they take it away)
So perhaps have a Moderator or Admin add you on Orgin, and see that you've played TItanfall2 to help give you credibility.Other Than that theirs not much to do.

if EA disables my game is the CD-KEY going to say that is allready in use when i try to re add it on my profile??
and i have got any msg from EA saying that they disable the game
@EA_Archi I think what he is looking for is a confirmation that his game was removed/disabled, which is understandable since he is claiming it just disappeared. I dont know if they send out a email letting the user know but I think if you could get in touch with someone for him to see if it was EA that disabled it and not a Bug/Hiccup.
There has been hiccups in the past where CD-Key dupes were being given out By EA and being a massive headach for (legit) users. Now that there are more than a handful of "Trusted" sellers and a handful of "Untrusted" sellers the issue is more than likely to happen again and with the removal of Physical copies (Which was my only saving grace) I can only wonder how EA would handle dupes being handed out by their Trusted sellers.
