Sorry but you didn't understand. My game is FIGHT NIGHT CHAMPION. When I click on 'upload my boxer' in the FNC page it sends me to the easports mainpage and says : 'player hub is no longer aviable'. What does that mean? Please explain.

Please just try it yourself. Please don't answer me asking me if I did well all the gameface process because I need to upload photos. I did my gameface in the UFC mode but it dosent work for FNC!

The easports website was recently updated. Try clicking on Services and then Game Face to get going.

Do you have your PSN ID linked the your EA account?

I know this is over two years running, but I recently purchased Fight Night: Champion, and I'm having the same problem. My question is, Is Fight Night: Champion even compatible with the new Game Face?

Same problem, and 0 relevant information available. Barry has been less then helpful..

Im having all the same issues that everyone else. Does not work with opera,firefox or safari...
Safari keep say "saving it"for hours
Firefox,dosn't work at all
and with Opera says i must have the new flash player,even though i've downloaded it 10 times just today

For crist sake,how hard it is to fix that for you guys? it must pretty simple,why are you takeing so long? 

I have the Tiger Woods Master (12).  I don't get to play any games often and so I pulled this out.  Spent 2 hours finally making a game face.  See below for stupid "oh by the way" steps that I had to uncover which also caused me to reboot, restart the gameface process.  Bottom line, the game (PSN and EA accounts linked just fine) does not recognize any "photos" to import.  Information is not readily found on this topic.  Poor development support.  POOR DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT.  Some other dude said it in another post some where.  No, it's not critical to play the game, but it IS a feature I paid for and EA is just choosing not to support.  Not just cancel, but "hey, thanks for your money.  See if you can figure out what decisions we have made and what impact it has to you, Mr. Consumer." 

I finally created a pretty good avatar.  My 8 yr old daughter and I had quite the laugh.  Of course I doubt I will ever get to use it...You yes, I am pissed.  Only because as I said, I don't get to play games much, but EA sucked away 2 hours of my time.  Thanks - really...  "It's in the game - NOT" 

Steps for game face...oh, by the way.

Use Firefox browser - 3 minutes to install

Allow Pop Ups for the site  - or you will need to change the setting and restart

Click on one of the out of box faces - THEN the camera upload option will become available.

Adobe Flash pug in (FOR FIREFOX) must be installed - or you will need to change the setting and restart

You must right click on the Adobe Flash Plug in and allow access to your web camera - or you will need to change the setting and restart

You can zoom in and use the mouse to turn your face for different angles when adjusting the face features.

No doubt this is absolutely convoluted and useless . It always has been with this company. My whole gameface player is right there yet I cannot upload him to my verified linked account...that would be far too easy! 

Lol has this ever been fixed im trying to upload mine now

If you need to create a post we'll do our best to get out to you as soon as possible.

Players that are having trouble loading up Game Face on the website are able to fix it by doing the following:

• Update or download the latest version of Chrome/Firefox
• Upload a clear high resolution image of yourself in front of a blank wall (the whiter the wall the easier it is for facial recognition to map your face)
• Clear your browser's cache
