i haven’t got my welcome back packs and i played fc 24 all year. i was banned on fc 24 web app from transfer market and i still am on fc 25?

- @Soccerboyzh135 i have the same issue, totally unfairly banned in 24 now again banned in 25. I am cancelling my download for the game now. Everyone in the same boat should do the same....

Hey there,
Your account must be in good standing in order to receive the returning user rewards. If you have any previous sanction in EASFC 24, including the Transfer Market ban, etc., you will not receive those rewards.

SpoilerTo qualify for returning user rewards, you need to have logged into EA SPORTS FC™ 24 more than once by July 31, 2024.
If you qualify and your account is in good standing, your rewards will appear in your Web and Companion Apps on September 18, 2024.
and how do you know your account is in good standing? its a new game new years what is issue with old year ?

transfer market ban specifically states that it's for the game cycle..
how come they use that to ban future game titles?
also it's hidden in the fine print..
I glad i was smart enough not to buy the games before hand.I was wrongfully ban and coin swiped in the EVO situation..

The requirements are determined by your account history and status. I am sorry if your account doesn't meet the qualifications, but please keep in mind that you can still unlock web app access and transfer market access by playing the game after its release. You still have access to those features.
If I appeal a ban on Fc 24 and get rid of it, will I get welcome back packs for Fc 25?
Same probleme no welcome packs on web app or in the game why ??
im still missing my welcome back packs it didnt give me any of the packs and i’ve received them in previous games such as fifa 22 23 and fc 24 so whats the deal? no i dont have no bans and my account is good
