[FIXED] Flickering low-poly model during Rocket woohoo

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Woohoo in a rocket
What happens when the bug occurs? If woohoo interaction in rocket is chosen, the rocket takes off as usual, but when the player moves the camera closer to the landing zone, a graphical glitch occurs. It shows the sims that are woohooing, in the very center of the landing zone in a low-poly astronaut model for a millisecond and then disappears. If the player decides to rotate the camera around the landing zone, the flickering keeps happening until the rocket lands again.
What do you expect to see? I expect not to see the flickering happen at all.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

This does not happen with "explore space" option and I have tested it during Geekcon and a residental lot with different sims and both gave the same glitch. I have also taken all my CC and mods, deleted localthumbcache and tested it like that, but it did not fix the issue either.
