How come the streamers all have their fc points and hero’s 

Hello I have just logged on fc 25 for my first look only to see no hero pack any idea and I got ultimate edition and pre ordered before the 20th

Still don't have my hero pack pre ordered ultimate edition before the 20th any idea

What time are we gettin our 4.6k fifa points and packs from fc24

When logging onto FC 25 on release tn, 20/09 00:00 BST, I was hoping to be greeted by my pre order content, mainly being 4600 FC Points and a Hero Pack, I have found myself with the 4600 which is good, but no hero pack yet I purchased the game on the 1st of August.

proof is attached, hoping I can get my pack asap!

Anyone still waiting on there points not good enough I expect to get what I've paid for 🤬🤬

It’s the 20th I I don’t have my stuff and I preordered the ultimate edition

The game has been out 3 hours and alot still haven't received their ultimate edition stuff, including myself... wondering if you guys will ever be able to do your job correctly or smoothly... starting to become incredibly tedious now.

This is a joke. Paying extra money for the content.

I got my FC points. I don't get my 250k coins and I didn't get the packs I wanted in FC 24 pre season.

We pay extra money for the privilege of certain things and we don't have them. This is unbelievably bad 

The coins are for career mode 

If it was released at 12 am why have I not got my points it’s joke it’s 5:04 am I’ve been up all night I just want my points 

Hello, I have not received my Hero pack from pre ordering the ultimate edition but I have received other items like my FC points, what should I do?

I am in the same situation... I got my points, game early but no hero pack.. AND i can't find a submit a ticket section on ea..

I’m missing my free hero pack for pre ordering ultimate ultimate edition of eafc 25. 

I haven’t received my 4600 FC points or my Hero pack yet and it’s now the 20th of September, I go on the companion app and it says FC points can’t be used in the store and I haven’t received anything. I’ve tried contacting EA help but a 12 minute wait til was more like a 40 minute wait time and I still didn’t get any help

I haven’t gotten my heropack , and I bought it 18 aug

I'm on Nintendo switch and mine hasn't appeared a message saying something about distribution issues came up and that I would receive it in game but I haven't gotten it yet. There was a qr code and when I scanned it it took me to a Trello page and that didn't say anything about my issue either

I've tried launching the game multiple times and still no sign of the extra bundle pack stuff.
