Re: Fc points transfer

1. I had purchased 2800 FIFA points and they haven't transferred and I didn't get the pop up asking me to transfer then and I would like my FIFA points or my money back. 

I have had the same problem. I bought some fc24 points and when i went to transfer my points 25 transfered instead of 12000? Any help would be much appreciated. 

I waited till midnight to play the game, went to Microsoft Store page and "installed" free trial, but when i opened the game it only let me view the cutscene before stating i had used all the time available, this is false. The microsoft store still clearly states that i have not used up all of my entitled trial. I have also not been able to transfer my Points from 24 - 25 and clicked yes to transfer on the console, pretty frustrating.. Would love someone to contact me 

I have 5900 points on fc 24, never transfered and the transfer doesnt show up, both fc24 and fc24 are in the same EA acc I use PC
