Fc points transfer

It won’t let me transfer my points from fc24 to fc25 please help

    Did you log into the game on your console or PC? Points cannot be transferred through the web/companion app. More information can be found in this article. Thanks!

I have also not been able to transfer my Points from 24 - 25 and clicked yes to transfer on the console, pretty frustrating.. Would love someone to contact me
