Switched to XBOX and got my previous club erased for FC25 (complicated)

So I got my account back in 2020-2021 and started to play fifa on PC. I played every single year including FC24. This year I decided that when FC25 comes out, I will play it from XBOX (switching to console). 

Around August I connected my xbox account to my EA account, and started my XBOX club with the same account. I only started it in FC24, so I can get access to the transfer market (I grinded like 5-8 days to get it) so when the FC25 game comes out, I will be able to use the transfer market. Okay I got access to the transfer market in web app in FC24, so I was ready for the FC25 game. I pre ordered the Ultimate version and just waited for the game to come out.

At the morning of 18th I was checking my xbox games and I saw that I can start pre downloading the FC25 game. But for some reason it said "Ultimate incentive" or something and it showed me another game called "Ultimate Edition". So I was like wait did I buy the wrong version? Then went to check my emails but it showed me that I bought the ultimate edition. I was confused and kept checking the included things in my edition and it had 1-2 less things than the Ultimate one. So I went on and bought the Ultimate Edition once again, this time I was hoping for real. And then after I asked for a refund for my other edition, that seemed to be a non ultimate one (even though I got ultimate). They quickly accepted my refund few hours later. So everything seemed great.

The same day 18th at night the web app came out, I logged in and started trading. I had the welcome back packs & started to trade. My 4600 FP (pre order reward) and my HERO PACK (pre order reward) was missing only, but people said they give me that later. Then 20th I logged in on my xbox to play FC25 for real now, I log in and it made me create a new club, there was no other option. So I created it I was like maybe its a bug? Then I see  I have the 4600 FP there, but no HERO pack, no welcome packs. And suddenly my previous club I was trading for 2 days is gone. I log in the web app, it gives me the new club the game made me create. No transfer market access either. I am like what is going on? Then I contacted support who said they cant help me and they dont know why it made me create a new club, and why it erased my previous one. I explained them the situation and all and it seems like the web app 18th I started to use was for my PC club, which I didnt know since I didnt buy FIFA for PC at all. only on Xbox. So basically now I have a brand new club with creation date of 2024 september with no welcome packs, no hero pack, not transfer access. My FC24 xbox club should have continued but for some reason it didnt. Noone can help me from the operators. I would like to ask the developers to help me somehow because this is clearly not what I paid for.
