[NEEDS INPUT] [V] [GF] Vampire can't confirm fame perks after removing weakness

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.56.52.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All Packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? -Play a vampire sim and try to choose a vampire powers until you have to choose a weaknesses and conferm it. -Use a reset vampire's weaknesses cheat. -Open a vampire power window, you'll see all weaknesses is gone and you can't click at a confirm button, then just close it. -Open a fame info window and choose some perk
What happens when the bug occurs? You can't click on a confirm button
What do you expect to see? Can confirm a additional fame perks
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

When I try to click a confirm button it'll say that "Your Sim is becoming more vampiric, losing his (or her) humanity. Select weaknesses to confirm additional powers."

But if I do something that made a game go to loading screen before open a fame info window the bug will not happens.
