[OPEN] [CD] Robot Vacuum getting stuck cleaning

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Most recent
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have robot vacuum do a cleaning routine
What happens when the bug occurs? Vacuum will become stuck and keep making cleaning sounds. Resetting object does not fix.
What do you expect to see? Vacuum should complete cleaning cycle and not become stuck
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

    I have not gotten a chance to play because work/school but I will test it when I am able to

    I have this at the moment, not tried a fresh house or save though, yet. Vacuum just randomly stops and when Sims tell it to return to dock, nothing happens.

    @goldenrosegames Wow over a year ago and this still is an issue. I just discovered this glitch tonight and it's annoying to see how long ago this was reported with no effort to fix it.

    After installing the last update with the platforms, vacuum cleaners stop working even if the house has no platforms. It doesn't come back to the station.

    Hi, I had the same problem today but like with any bugged item (food from the BBQ that you can't delete etc) just go into build mode and draw a wall across it. Make sure that bb.moveobjects cheat is OFF! Hope that helps - it's worked for me!
