Re: NOTICE: Contacting Respawn Servers - Cannot play Multiplayer for Xbox One

Issue persist through full reinstall, played fine since launch till a couple days ago

    Hi, are you all on Xbox? Does performing a restart (Hold the front button until it beeps and shuts down) have any effect?

    Also can you try power-cycling your router? There are other steps, but if your connection was working fine before that suggests the problem is unlikely to be a settings problem locally.

    I'm on Xbox, I have power cycled my Xbox and done a full reset on my router, deleted local data and reinstalled the game, I can play Overwatch, Star Trek online, awesomenauts, as well as download everything just fine, there is a 5-10 second pause when it's loading data centers, and then it never "connects to respawn servers"

    @ThraxDr Thanks for the extra detail. As a test, can you try logging into the game on another account and use that to try connect?
