Hey @Saltysylum, 

When you've got the chance can you try downloading the Visual C++ Redistributables from the Microsoft Support website to see if that helps? If there's a missing or corrupted .dll in Windows that may help fix it. 

I'd recommend downloading both the x86 and x64 versions of the files. Let me know how that goes when you can. Thanks!
