Re: All new objectives showing as completed when not completed

It’s this issue, still not solved after speaking with EA live chat and the red evo for completing 40 games last season and the FC pro evo which has disappeared.

these issues are happening way too often. The worst part is inbetween me creating multiple cases to have this resolved is that they bring out a new icon evo.

please get this sorted it’s been 2 weeks for this.

the worst part of all of this is if this issue takes as long as the red evo. Half of the new season or the whole season will be finished by the time this is sorted. So no swaps for us 

Still broken after hours but when the store pack had the wrong Spanish wording on it fixed in minutes , just goes to show the priorities doesn't it , looked like this could be a decent season and promo and bring back a bit goodwill to EA and hype to the game , destroyed almost as soon as it begun

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Found the weekly objectives completion rate is not reset.
What happens when the bug occurs? Objectives not able to complete for new week.
What should be happening instead? The weekly objectives shall be reset for new game week
