Ea scammed me of 10$

I spent 9.99$ the other day on ultimate team for 1050 fc points I didn’t receive them I went to chat to an agent immediately and they told me to to wait 24 hours I tried again after that and they told I needed a bunch of screenshots for proof of purchase to get those all prepared and to try again which I did and the next day when I went back on the ea website there was no chat to an agent website it said I still had an open case (that it was waiting for player) but I couldn’t speak to anyone then I closed the case to try to reopen another one now I can’t and it says the case was fixed this feels very intentional
