Missing FIFA Points and packs after account unlinking

Hello,

I would like to report an issue with my EA account. My son accidentally linked his EA account to my Steam account and was playing on my profile instead of his own. After we unlinked his EA account and reconnected mine, I noticed that my FIFA Points and packs, which were part of the Ultimate Edition, are missing.

Could you please assist in restoring my FIFA Points and packs? I have proof of purchase and can provide screenshots if needed.
