I have applied to the World Consumer Rights Office for the refund of the money I have deposited so far and the refund of the money I paid for the game.

This game was much more damaged and flawed than I expected.

We paid as much as others and did not receive the expected service.

Here is the solution.. Create a db query for players WHERE weeklyPoints === 45 AND rewardIdStatus=== "notOpened" AND rewardId NOT INCLUDED in PLAYER_PLAYER_AVAILABLE_PACKS. 

Now translate the pseudocode in real SQL query and enjoy the fix
