Re: Connecting to Ultimate Teams is not possible at the moment

Hey everyone,

If you are unable to search for a match in Ultimate Team™, please check your squad for the player item Ada Hegerberg and remove her from your Starting 11 and from your substitution bench. 
After that you should be able to search for a match again.

    It’s still not working for me it needs to be fixed can’t play ultimate team otherwise

    I don't have that player but still getting the message: 

    Entering a match has been temporarily disabled, we apologise for the inconvenience and expect match entry to be re-enabled soon. Please try again later.

    Any other solutions?

    I’m getting the same message “connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment. You will be returned to the main menu” but I can’t get into ultimate team. Just sends me back to the main menu every time I try to enter ultimate team.

    @EA_rephii I dont have Ada Hegerberg on my squad but still have issued connecting to Ultimate Team. Please advice? thanks

    I have this problem when i play a match it counts as a loss and returned to the main menu even if i won what is the solution?

    Mate u cannot keep making excuses saying it’s a player. Just have common sense and get people to fix it because everyone’s being affected

    @EA_rephii what about now? it's not fixed, I don't even have that player and I'm not able to play any mode but I'm allowed to do everything else on UT.

    So what should I do if I don’t have the card and have deleted and reinstalled the game and it still doesn’t work?

    This is taking the absolute * out of us. I’ve logged multiple requests for help and no reply. EA service is terrible and I’ve forked out nearly 200 quid on multiple copies and PlayStation plus for my son thinking that was the issue 

    I’ve played fifa for years and never had an issue. My copy is working fine and my sons is getting the same message as everyone else. Wtf are EA playing at this is an absolute joke. Suffice it to say they’ve lost a customer in me. Absolute *

    Hey! I am currently trying to play ultimate team but I’m getting the “connecting to ultimate team is not possible at this moment. You will now be returned to the main menu” how can I fix it? I’ve reset my router game and console and it’s been hours

    @Dear EA_rephii, after purchasing EA FC 24 Ultimate Edition till now I can't play Ultimate Team.....Following error message Shows: "Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu." Please...please help me as soon as possible. Waiting for your kind cooperation.

    for me i disconnect everytime i try to complete the totw pick sbc, i cant do it specifically or any other totw sbcs

    How do we remove a player when it won't even let us get into the ultimate team. As soon as we click on ultimate team the error comes up saying it isn't available and then sending us back to main menu. We can't get in at all to be able to remove thst player. Or do we remove them a different way? Thanks
