This morning I was grinding the objectives for an evolution card. I spent 3-4hrs laying, I even spent some money of Fifa points so that I can evo more cards in future. This afternoon, I turned on the game, suddenly my 800k has disappeared!! I contacted EA Help to be told that i apparently have broken an in game rule and been banned. This is impossible. Firstly I only play squad battles. Second I have never received and email stating that I’ve done something wrong. Third, I still have access to all parts of the game. EA Help have said that I have to wait 10 days to see if I get my coins back. 10 days?!? I haven’t done anything wrong, why am I waiting 10 days?! has anyone had something similar happen to them? Hi, I'm having an issue claiming my FUT champs rewards on PS5. When I opened up the game today, they were not here. I played atleast 10 games and got a low 25 or 26 points but still obviously expect my rewards to be here. I have put an already a little bit evoed IF Szoboszlai in to the Become Immortal I evo. He is 85 rated and the game allowed me to enter him into the evo. The card is active but the mark that normally comes when an evo is active, dosn’t show. But no matter what kind of game I play, it dosn’t count, and he dosn’t get evolved. Hi I recently bought 3000 ($25, $1, $1) FC points on FC 24 to open some promo packs in the store, however after buying it I did not receive my FC Points yet my bank account accepted the transaction. I am frustrated by this situation as this has never occurred to me in the past when buying FC or Fifa Points. I am shocked that a billion dollar company can have issues like these especially to their loyal customers who have been supporting them for over a decade. My account billing history can even be checked to confirm my purchase. My PSN is Arzzene I need this issue resolved as soon as possible, as I feel like I have been scammed. Dear Team EA Sports, I am started to play my weekend league session, when I realized a problem. I am getting all X-Box opponents, which doesn’t allow me to either finish the match or my every third match is cancelled via an error code and my all application is closed. After the returning there is another error code and looks like I lost my match, due to my problem, however it is not true. Could you please look for the reason and offer me a solution? Hello everyone, Since a couple of days, everytime I try to open Ultimate Team on FC 24 (PlayStation 5), I get the "Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu" message constantly. The funny thing is, every other online mode (Seasons, Volta, Clubs) is working perfectly fine. It's just the Ultimate Team mode not working. I've tried everything, starting from connectivity to talking to the EA live chat (who gave me advices, which sadly didn't work). Game kicks me out - “The EA Servers are unable to process your request
Every time I finish the game the game comes up with a message that says “we can not process the game returning you to the main menu” and this comes up in any ultimate team game mode after I finish a match.
