Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Join the first order in Journey to Batuu 2. Make it through the first order aspiration until you get to the goal to arrest resistance members 3. Check the id of a resistance member
What happens when the bug occurs? My sim will check the id of a resistance member, the resistance member will put their hands up, then for a short period of time the "make arrest" task shows up in my queue. The "make arrest" task almost immediately disappears and the resistance member just walks away. I can queue up other tasks and move on or, if I let my sim sit there, the task queue will expand and shrink a bunch of times like it's trying to reconcile an error. Occasionally when I try this, the "make arrest" task will show up about 20 times in the queue and then disappear. Either way, I can never complete this goal of the aspiration.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to successfully arrest a member of the resistance like the game tells me too in the aspiration.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Note: I have reached the highest rank of the first order by doing missions. Also, I know for sure that I am attempting this with resistance members and/or resistance sympathizers (for the other mission).
