Re: I didn‘t receive the Club Member Reward Evolution

I followed all directions to be eligible for the FC Club Member rewards in FC 25, pre-ordering the game and playing FC 24 until the day before FC 25's release yet have not recieved my FC Club Member rewards at all. I have the loyalty rewards already but no Member rewards. I pre ordered the Ultimate Loyalty edition on PC (EA App) which is the same platform and account that I played FC 24 on. Missing out on the rewards and evolution is very annoying as it is a part of my purchase that has not been fulfilled. Will this get resolved?
