If you are referring to 15k coins from level 1, then those are club coins and not coins in Ultimate Team. Please check coin symbol and text in below image.
You will get these coins when you log into Pro Clubs (i.e. Clubs in FC25) mode.

I have just completed few on the objectives but the bundles I never get my coins ir kits. On the sason 1 of UT FC Season seasonal track objectives, and did not receive my my coins or ultimate team kit as part of the bundled reward in UT.
Anyone had this issue?
No, I'm referring to the season part in ultimate team where you get 1 of 3 options. They are no pro coins. You get to pick 1 of 3, I picked the 15k each time, but didn't get it either time. So I'm short 30k.
It is confusing but it is for club, not ultimate team, the season progress is combined even though it is in ultimate team. It would be nice if EA was giving everyone those coins for ultimate team, but they are not. Sorry.
@RRRovers Why do you think it is confusing? There is a clear difference between UT coins and C coins (coin image, color, text etc.). What could you have done to avoid this confusion?
Here are the images of UT coins and C coins-
And the image of the bundle in the season progress menu clearly shows a coin with the letters UT on it. So it should give us ultimate team coins not club coins. I don't play clubs, why would I want coins for a different mode as a reward for playing ultimate team?
