Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have a young adult sim, max skilled violin, and if I click to resume song from the sheet music in her inventory, she'll pull her old Amateur Hour Child Violin out of her inventory to continue the song. She has a full sized violin both in the room she's in as well as in her inventory. She also uses the child violin to Busk on Violin on occasion. She maxed her creativity as a child and got to level 3 of the violin skill prior to aging into a teen.
What happens when the bug occurs? Young adult sim uses child's violin.
What do you expect to see? Young adult sim to use adult violin.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Violin does not let me Practice on it, though.
