Toddler's energy dropping too fast

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have 2 parents in the same career and same branch, but different levels (father was at level 6 in the athletic career and mother was at level 9 when the bug first happened). Mother who went to university and got a distinguished degree in Biology. Live in a house downloaded from the Sims 4 Gallery but with no cc. Have a nanny who stays in the house for 24/7 with no extra payment.
What happens when the bug occurs? My toddler's energy would drop at a fast rate
What do you expect to see? My toddler's energy dropping at a normal rate again.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I know the second screenshot is in a karaoke bar but my toddler is at home most of the time and she still gets this bug. I don't think the bug is because of the most recent patch because it didn't happen right after I updated the game.
