Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.89.214.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everyone except toddler stuff packs and many the kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Place exterior trash bins that normally can't be knocked over and have any angry sim come by and knock them over.
What happens when the bug occurs? As stated above seem to occur with trash bin/can you can place outside of house holds which usually supposed to not be possible to knock over like the one from outdoor retreats that has masonry bricks or the new one that look like metal barrel thing. They will get knocked over by angry sims but there no way to interact with them to do "pick up", interactions to put them back up in their original place. Only option seem to be selling them and replacing them with a new one which is frustrating work around. Especially considering I really wanted to be using new one that came with werewolf pack :D
What do you expect to see? Well fix where those trash can either can't be knocked over like before or the pick up function being added to them so it's possible to pick them up so they stand up again and remain usuable.

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I didn't update game since the before wedding stories pack some any patches before that likely triggered the bug, also have no custom content contain mostly just cloth mods so high doubt they're the cause and had not issues with them either before patching.

Didn't think to include any screenshots but since been 100% trigger happening every time any angry sim knock the solid trash bins over it should be very easy to replicate the bug.
