I am having the same issue. Freerealestate is not working. says my sims have a negative -7K I can not do anything with them. I did not save them to the gallery, So, I do not know what to do.

- @kxvwgy3uw5it Do you have any idea why it became negative ? Have you been using mods/cc ?
No Idea. I had them each individually saved, and tried again. This time doing free realestate right away and it worked.
- @kxvwgy3uw5it What amount did the Sim end up after you put them in a house ? Did it revert to 0 or still negative ?
