Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a Sim become a Global Superstar. Then have the Sim lose enough fame to go to a Proper Celebrity.
What happens when the bug occurs? The Sim keeps 3 quirk slots instead of having 2.
What do you expect to see? Two quirk slots to remain open and 2 quirk slots to lock.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
