Re: This game is way too much work.
Hey there @nilsdemesm965
How you manage your time is up to you.
But I agree that at times (a lot of the time recently) it feels like there are too many carrots for the donkey to chase.
In recent weeks I have played Live Friendlies and Squad Battles and Champs then I stopped playing Champs to play more Friendlies and all the time I was missing out on Rivals.
I stopped doing the repeatable sbc crafting upgrade grind months ago, good drop rates of something decent never happened since probably Fifa 18 to 20. So many times when I'm spending time doing sbc's I'm just feeling like I should be playing matches instead to get better rewards and lose less brain cells out of boredom..
I think I can cope with this level of content, in fact I want to, but it does mean that I have to choose what not to do as well as what to do, which is actually better than getting everything done when there isn't much content but yes this does leave a bitter feeling in the mind.
To be fair at this stage of the game content involving objectives should be on a vibrant festival level of things to do. Lot's of options, lot's of different possible outcomes. Basically get lost and find something new rather than follow the exact same path that everyone else might be doing.
I wish, when you see your played game time hours displayed you could get a breakdown of the hours played in Champs/Rivals/Battles/Friendlies and then also the time in sbc's and then menu screens - I reckon that I (and most players these days) have way more hours in menus than in matches compared to 10 years ago; that is the kill joy for me, too much administrative duties.
So yeah, it's about managing your time because everyone who has played FC24 is going to want to play everything in FC25 and expectations for FC25 such as multiple Evo's might happen whilst having to play Friendlies for XP alongside other game modes - I didn't even mention Draft or Moments, honestly these need improving and if they do then what can you groan about, too much game?
