Did any of the programs find any errors?

No i'm just trying to install the game it's like loading 5 seconds to install it and then the error comes on the screen

No, the two error checking tools, they either report zero errors found or they find some and try to fix them. Which one is it?

i can't install those programs i  don't know why but i just can't. i need to reinstall them or some **bleep** but i can't delete it either.

I got the same problem and i think i got what you have to do.

I got an error 1601 from skype thats saids: ''windows installer service could not be accessed Error 1601''

Lets see if it works out.

EDIT: This fixed it for me tweaking.com download the program and follow the steps it will repair everything in your windows thats broke so you got that too
